RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All Sales Are Final
SteelForged Fitness ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") maintains a strict all-sales-final policy. All purchases made through our online store are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, except as expressly required by applicable law.
No Refunds or Returns
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All sales are final at the time of transaction.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the product.
- No refunds will be issued after payment has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the limited circumstance that an item arrives damaged or materially defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team with photographic evidence. We reserve the sole discretion to determine whether a replacement or store credit is warranted. This does not constitute a general right to return or refund.
Order Errors
If you receive an item materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review such claims on a case-by-case basis.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in lieu of contacting us directly may result in permanent suspension of your account and forfeiture of any pending orders.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
